If you are a newly commissioned Colonel, please know that it may be a few weeks before you hear from the Honorable Order.  We process the Executive Orders received from the Governor’s Office as rapidly as possible but there generally is a delay between the issuance of the Order and receipt of our copy.  Once we have received the confirmation, we will contact you by mail to ascertain that we have the correct name and address.  When that is confirmed, your Membership Card will be issued.  IF it has been more than 2 months since you received your commission and you have not heard from the Honorable Order, it is very possible that we did not receive a valid address for you.   If it has been 2 months or longer, please email: members@kycolonels.org.
